RETURN POLICY

Your complete satisfaction with our products is our goal. If for any reason your order did not meet your expectations, you may return the order for replacement or a refund of the purchase amount within the first 5 days of your purchase. No returns of cigars after the 5 days of purchase. SHIPPING GUIDELINES

GFP Cigars does not sell, distribute, or ship our products to anyone under the age of 18. Cigars and or any related products from our website are not intended to be purchased or utilized by anyone under the age of 18. The purchaser, by entering and utilizing our website or any of our affiliated websites, acknowledges that he/she is of lawful age and has paid any required fees, taxes and is legally entitled to possess tobacco products. Shipping to post office box addresses is not permitted.

Oversized merchandise may be subject to additional shipping charges. Our normal shipping source is USPS 2 Day, 3 Day and ground. Priority Mail Overnight shipping service are available however, you must contact us via phone in order to obtain this service.

HAZMAT

Due to FAA Federal regulations items such as Butane, and or any flammable liquids or gases will not be shipped on an expedited basis. The items will be shipped via USPS or UPS ground carriers. 

TAX INFORMATION

Within the State of Florida, shipping & handling charges are taxable. Customers purchasing our products from outside the State of Florida acknowledge that it is their responsibility for remitting any additional taxes to their appropriate local, state, federal taxing agency.
